A当然有可能 不过这种题目正确想法是因为A=T 大多状况下 双股最可能

Okazaki fragment主要是因为DNA polymerase 只能5->3这样进行复制
所以另一端才会有这样片段形成 所以当DNA polymerase也能3->5这样进行的话
当然就不需要存在Okazaki fragment
题目并没有说DNA polymerase变成只能3->5

Simple and concise definition: Chromatin is DNA plus the proteins (and RNA)
that package DNA within the cell nucleus.
这是从wiki来的 因为我手边没有原文书 所以偷懒去查一下wiki
没记错的话 RNA跟chromatin 的关联 也是最近几年来才比较确立
有兴趣可以去查查 我记得有不少篇paper在讲
