" Afterward,
non-adherent cells were removed by PBS washes, and
adherent cells were fixed in ethanol. After staining with
0.1% crystal violet, fixed cells were lysed in 0.2% Triton-
100 and measured spectrophotometrically at 550 nm."
请问adherent cells were fixed in ethanol，这要怎麽做?
加入多少浓度的ethanol，然後等它乾?
crystal violet又该染多久，我找到的是约1 min，不过那是染细菌。
