标题[求救] 如何在已知 cDNA 序列上找出特定 Domain

各位 Biotech 板友大家好，
最近手边有一份作业，
整个题组是要让我们练习找出有兴趣的序列，
然後自行设计 Construct 放入合适的载体表现。
因此第一小题就是要找出两种指定蛋白的 cDNA 序列，
然後分别在序列上找出特定的 Domain。
我已经用 NCBI Database 找到该 cDNA 序列，
但不知道要如何定位 Domain 位置，
查了许多相关文献也都没有找到答案。
想请问大家我该使用什麽工具来搜索？

附上题目：
Get the sequence for human single chain urokinase (scuPA or prourokinase) cDNA
and the human tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) cDNA. Identify the sequence
for serine protease (SP) domain in scuPA. Identify the sequence for the K1-K2
domains in tPA.
