想来请教大家
dominant-negative跟null mutant有什麽不同呢!?
我看到网路上的定义是说
null mutant是 A mutation (a change) in a gene that leads to its not being
transcribed into RNA and/or translated into a functional protein product.
所以dominant-negative应该是null mutant的其中一种结果,是吗?!
那paper在用词上,只敢用null mutant这个字眼
是不是表示,他们还没印证到底有没有protein表现出来,是吗?!
