标题[求救] 293T cells & starvation

不知道板上有人试过：
starve 293T 24 hours after transfection.
stimulate with 10% FBS for 10 mins
目前看到的 papers 都是用 HEK293 with FBS
或是用 293T but with TPA or EGF stimulation
或用 NIH3T3 with FBS
(but Ca phosphate transfection efficiency is poor with this cell line)
我想要大量增加 ERK activation/phosphorylation
但是看过几篇 papers 後还是不知道 EGF, TPA 和 FBS
在 293T 上的效果/差别在哪，有人有建议或经验吗？
