标题[问题]Lentivirus shRNA表现系统 病毒到底包裹?

我想请问一下
以中研院3-plasmid系统: pCMV.vR8.91, pMD.G, pLKO.1
生产出来的lentiviras包裹所包裹的应该不是整个pLKO.1 plasmid吧?
还有产出的Lentivus到底除了核酸和VSV-G以外, 病毒颗粒中到底有没有夹带其他蛋白?
比如说gag and pol?
