标题[求救] 细菌做Northern Blot所用的internal control??

最近要开始做Northern Blot了
但现在卡在internal control的选用
因为一些关系~所以无法使用一般常用的rRNA来作为internal control
不知道板上的大大
有没有於细菌Northern Blot中所选用的internal control的建议??
