标题[求救] 请问protease种类

如题~
生产的重组蛋白一直会被切掉 His-tag
对我後续纯化很不利
预测出protease的可能切位後
得到结果如下
115: LysN
116: LysC, Pepsin (pH1.3), Pepsin (pH>2), Thermolysin, Trypsin
117: Chymotrypsin-low specificity (C-term to [FYWML], not before P),
Pepsin (pH1.3), Pepsin (pH>2), Proteinase K, Thermolysin
118: Proteinase K
我只知道protease分成4大类
1. Metal protease
2 Serine protease
3. Cysteine protease
4. Aspartyl protease
想请问大家
有没有什麽文献或是书籍可以查询protease的种类?
我上网找了很久得到的资讯有限
只知道LysN是属於metal protease
Glutamyl endopeptidase, Staphylococcal peptidase I 是属於 Aspartyl protease
如果知道这些protease属於哪一类
我想加入相对应的protease inhibitor去试试看有无改善His-tag断掉情形
