标题[方法] 有用过 Millipore出的 anti-actin 一抗抗体的夥伴...

如题
想请问有用过Millipore 出产的
Mouse anti-actin monoclonal antibody的人
在使用这只抗体做Western时
一抗 二抗浓度 为多少....
实验室本来用此做internal control
一抗1:1000 二抗1:32000 做的漂漂亮亮的
换过代理商後就做不出来抓不到condition了
不知是否有人可以不吝分享一下 condition??
