label cell membrane 是可以的
我作过 endocytosis assay
让细胞吃一小时的 biotinylated protein 没问题
查一下应该很多人作过 :)
两天的话我就不是很确定
不过我想作 pulse-chase 的实验
目前为止细胞似乎不太爽:P
