标题[求救] 请问如何跟国外动物中心申请 Knockout mice 来台湾？

我们查到我们想研究某段 gene 的 Knockout mice，
在Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee at
the Case School of Medicine (Cleveland, Ohio)有保存。
想请教的是：
1. 我们可以直接跟他们申请将 Knockout mice 送来台湾吗？
2. 还是我们可以跟他们申请将冷冻胚胎送来台湾？
3. 还是以上皆非，要其他方法才能要到：P
