标题[方法] 有关histology stain

我想请问有做过 masson trichrome 及 PAS stain 的人
你们是一个药一个药买还是买 kit??
因为 masson trichrome 中的药好多喔
另外..我在 IHC world 中找 masson trichrome 的 protocol
他除了常见的 protocol 之外还有一个是 renal masson trichrome protocol
我不知道两者差异在哪??
P.S. 我的 sample 是 kidney
