有几个关於co-culture的问题.
看过几篇期刊之後加上自己的想像.

我要养macrophage和osteoblast.
自己认为只要分别培养到细胞数目达到一个标准.
即可将macrophage加入osteoblast中共同培养.
请教有做过co-culture的人.
得知会用到transwell.
推翻了我的假想.
想请问co-culture一定要用transwell?
可否单纯一起养在dish中?
另外co-culture有没有需要特别注意的地方?
