标题[方法] How to make Bgl II site?

Please tolerate that I cannot type Chinese.
I recently confronted a problem.
Now I have a plamid without Bgl II site.
However two Bgl II sites are required for linking to
a vector as a commercial kit.
How to make two Bgl II sites into my plasmid?
