标题[问题] 施加植物荷尔蒙 看特定基因表现量试验

请教版上各位前辈们～！
目前正在着手规划在水稻施加植物荷尔蒙试验
然後在不同处理时间後，利用RT-PCR侦测一个特定基因的表现量差异
由於我没有施加植物荷尔蒙在植物上的经验，所以想请教各位前辈们！
我所要处理的荷尔蒙包括下列几种：
ABA (abscisic acid)、JA (jasmonic acid)、SA（salicylic acid）、ethephon
我的问题是：
1、请各位版友可以推荐在哪里可以买到这些植物荷尔蒙？
2、施加处理在水稻植物的方法？
我有去参考几篇paper的实验方法，大致上都是直接"喷洒"在植物叶片上？？
我想要确认我的认知到底对不对？真的是直接喷洒吗？喷洒的要很彻底吗？
另外一点我很好奇的是，在实验与方法中施加处理都是给个 conc. Ex：100 M MeJA
但都没有给详细的施加体积，所以我感到很纳闷？到底加了多少呢？
我撷取参考paper的材料与实验方法：Journal of Plant Physiology 163 (2006) 1167—1178
Chemical treatments were performed in a Magenta box
by either spraying barley seedlings until run-off
with a 0.01% TritonX-100 solution containing 5 mM SA, 100 M MeJA, 2 mM ethephon, or 100 M ABA.
另一篇是：Planta (2007) 225:575–588
Treatments of seedlings with benzothiadiazole (BTH, Novartis Crop Protection Inc., NC, USA)
and salicylic acid (SA) were performed by foliar spraying
with 0.3mM BTH solution, 1mM SA solution (pH 6.5), or with sterilized distilled water as a control.
