标题[问题] keratinocyte ptrotein extration

不晓得有没有前辈是做primary keratinocyte cell line
相关的实验....小弟在用protein extration buffer 後测浓度发现
浓度量好低...小弟用的是pro-pre protein expration reagent (不知品牌..)
和 pierce Mper preotein extration reagent 试过都觉得差不多耶~~
是不是keratinocye 本身比较难lysis呢!?
还是说有其他的protein extration 地方法...
话说freeze-traw也有试过了....
疑惑中...
