标题[问题] UV crosslinker 的原理

有人用过 bifunctional crosslinker SANPAH吗? Pierce公司的
请问作用原理 是什麽@@>?
好像是使Protein上的 reactive amine group 或 photoreactive group
与 target protein 做 linking 对吗@@>?(傻傻搞不懂中...)
完全没用过UV crosslinker, 请教知道原理的大大, 谢谢^^
