查了一下paper, 有一篇paper是写说：
The molecular weight of bovine beta casein (A2) calculated from amino
acid sequence is 23573 Da, but it migrates at ~30 kDa on SDS-PAGE.
It has been proposed that the abnormal migration of beta casein is
due to the uneven distribution of negtive charge along the
polypeptide chain and execssive binding of SDS to beta casein
(3.4 g of SDS/g), compare to the other proteins(1.4 g/g of protein).
