有induction出来吗
有的话大概是因为不溶的关系吧 变成inclusion body了
如果induction不出来的话
可以试试看induction 时间加长 (at low temp, and low IPTG)
Otherwise, you can just try another system, such as MBP, his-tag,
or other new system like "Impact" (from invitrogen??).
