标题[问题] transfer time: 100mA 90minfor125和19~20kda protein好吗?

作 western blot,同时 针对19~20和125kda protein作transfer step,
在transfer 的condition为100mA,90min,这样恰当吗?
另外 antibody 可reuse 几次?
