PCR (polymerase chain reaction) describes a technique in which cycles
of denaturation, annealing with primer, and extension with DNA polymerase,
are used to amplify the number of copies of a target DNA sequence by 1000000
times.
PCR用来针对基因食品中所转殖入的基因序列作检测
ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay)脢联免疫吸附测定法
过程包括固相载体吸附抗体,加待测抗原,再与相对应的脢标记抗体进行抗体抗原
的特异免疫反应,生成[抗体-待测抗原-脢标记抗体]的复合物,最後再与该脢的基质反应
生成有色产物.可藉吸光测得待测物含量
ELISA用来针对基因食品中所转殖入的基因序列所表现出的蛋白作检测
