标题[问题] notch1路径 DAPT

【问题】：NOTCH1和DAPT
【问题起因】：在一篇paper里 看到的疑问 求解~
【个人看法】：他说pte是经由notch1得路径走 可是後来他加入dapt後 dapt会抑制gamma
分解脢所以应该会阻止notch1得路径 可是他的结果却是 会使细胞凋亡
量更多... 求解~
