首先先对positive selection和negative selection下定义
为什麽要有positive 和negative selection
positive selection主要删除"无法"辨认self MHC
如果无法辨识self MHC 则alpha beta T细胞则会进行
heavy chain和 light chain editing(这两个算是补救措施)或是apoptosis
negative selection则是针对会对self MHC+self peptide会有强烈反应的T cell做删选
一旦会有强烈的反应就会产生activation induced death
就是透过Fas FasL类似的路径来让T细胞apoptosis
所以negative selection是删除对自体会产生伤害的T cell
当然Central tolerance(thymus bone marrow)也不是这麽神 也会有些漏网之鱼
所以还要靠Peripheral tolerance(secondary lymph organ)来帮忙
