Blazers will not sign Shaun Livingston

During Wednesday's media day at the Rose Garden, Trail Blazers General Manager
Kevin Pritchard said the team
will not sign Shaun Livingston. It is believed
that Shavlik Randolph will sign a non-guaranteed contract, with the opportunity
to battle for the remaining roster spot (along with Steven Hill, Luke Jackson
and Jamaal Tatum).
