With 29 years of experience in Aikido, she served as Vice President of Saipan Aikikai in 1996, before moving back to Tokyo. In 2010, Kinoshita sensei was elected as a supervisor for Tokyo Metropolitan Aikido Federation, where she now serves as a board member. In 2015, Kinoshita sensei received a lifetime award from Tokyo Metropolitan Sports Association.
