想请问大家,依据经验是否应继续寄信给C.I.E?
目前状况如下:
(0) 今年1月中投稿, Aug.22 23:00 拿到decision.
AE: It seems that the scope of this paper does not match well
with that of the journal. It is recommended that the authors
submit to a more appropriate journal for the scope of this work.
(1) Reviewer意见:
(a) Reviewer-1: minor revision
(b) Reviewer-2: major revision
(要求cite三篇同作者群的paper,其余意见只是补两张图,微调notation约10处)
(c) Reviewer-3: Reject
The paper is clearly written and the various steps of the
process are well detailed. Comparisons with existing methods
and application have also be clearly defined. We can just
regret the small size of graphs in fig. 5 (f) and (g) wich
are not easy to read. The differences with a preceding paper
(YYYY 2014) are well described.
Despite of its quality, this paper does not match the topics
of XXXX, as it only discusses about ZZZZZZZZZZ, without proposing
specifical XXXXXXXXXX. It would be better to propose this paper
to another journal, like WWWW or ZZZZ.
(2) Aug.23向其他前辈请教 & 和corresponding author确认後,
於 Aug. 24 02:00时,直接回decision letter向chief editor申诉.
申诉要点在於: (1) CFP和chife editor的邀稿文内,的确指出欢迎ZZZZZZ类的稿件,
(2) 去年在该期刊中,也发表了纯偏向於演算法的文章.
(3) 到今天已逾一周,尚未收到任何回应,
因此想请问各位前辈,是否对此类状况有过经验.
目前我是应该继续等?还是直接再寄一封信给C.I.E.?
另外,若欲再寄信,
在措辞行文上,大家有什麽建议的吗?
