Pizarro: 6.5- The driving force in the Roma midfield, the Chilean was always looking to involve others in the Giallorossi's attacking moves. Taddei: 6- The winger was well placed to take his goal, but was otherwise quiet going forward. Menez: 7.5- Roma's outstanding player, the Frenchman was always a danger with his runs from midfield. Guberti: 5.5- The former Bari player was fairly uninvolved tonight, but it was his shot that Totti deflected into the net for Roma's second goal. Totti: 6- The captain scored an instinctive goal, but also had a golden chance at 0-0 to put his side in the lead. Lacked support, and the Giallorossi's need for an out-and-out striker was plain to see. SUBS: Brighi: 5.5- The former Chievo man was poor in possession and unable to impose himself on the game. Cerci: 5- The 22-year-old won a free kick near full time, but was ineffective after being brought on. Riise: 6- He only came on for the final 15 minutes of the match, playing out of position in central defence.
