標題[心得] 在湖邊公園做瑜伽

前些日子西雅圖難得出了太陽
(今年西雅圖相當的慘....已經是八月了 早上氣溫還是15-20度
有太陽的日子寥寥可數)
跟閃光去公園做做瑜伽
也算是紀錄自己目前的進度
