標題[問題] 不能上網 救救我啊!

我的電腦不知道爲什麼 打開瀏覽器的時候都會出現以下文字:You have reached the maximum number of permitted Internet sessions.
Please close one or more applications to allow furthur Internet access.
Contact your system administrator for further information
然後就一直這樣子沒辦法用網路了 常常會這樣子 有關網路的東西都沒辦法開了!
實在是不知道該怎麼辦 請各位提供給我一點意見 幫我想想我應該怎麼辦
