標題沒有辦法開msn跟ie

我的電腦沒有辦法開ie跟msn
不過bbs跟遊戲還是可以連
已經確定不是proxy的問題了@@
應該也不是病毒...前天才掃過的
請問這是什麼情況@@
還有 開IE會出現
