Due to lots of recommendations in Chinese, I try to write one in English to thank my coach (小楊) for teaching me how to swim. Background: can swim a little bit breaststroke, like to learn freestyle to pass triathlon challenge Course: mid of Mar. to mid of April, twice a week, each time around 1.5hr Introduction: At first class, coach would evaluate what I had known and teach some basic skill to keep you safe in swimming pool. The second time, I’ve known how to swim freestyle and take a breathe at both sides with coach’s guidances. Even at the end of class, I could swim 25m. Rest of classes, coach would keep teaching you things and correct your gesture and give you tips let you swim better. The best point I think is coach not only teach you how to and will let you know why instead of just asking you practice repeatedly. With better know why instead of just asking you practice repeatedly. With better understanding, I could practice all the skills by myself after class. Now, I can swim more than 200m in a row. I am happy to share this experience with you.
