標題[問題] 成績單彌封問題

看了很多學校網站
好像都沒有特別說要彌封
好像除了一些機構認證和美國學校成績單需要彌封
其他都好像只要signature of the registrar and seal of the institution
像是UT Austin
他網頁只說
If you are offered admission, you will be required to submit official
transcripts BEFORE you will be allowed to enroll. Official transcripts are
those that bear the facsimile signature of the registrar and seal of the
issuing institution.
請問這樣還需要特別讓學校彌封嗎?
