標題[問題] 學生身分

請問一下
小的我有綠卡要申請美國研究所
是屬於domestic student
還是international student呢???
因為我今年來不及申請
但是看到有些學校今年秋季班domestic student deadline是七月
所以我符合domestic student的身分嗎???
