標題[問題] 學校要求提供I-94 card

在填寫學校的 Statement of Legal Residence 時
學校要求提供I-94 card 請問我要怎麼提供I-94表格?
我目前只有護照上的觀光簽證 B1/B2
有點不清楚學校要的是什麼? 需要彩色影印嗎?
請版友幫我看一下 謝謝
A photocopy of the picture page of your passport, and both sides of your I-94
card, demonstrating your nonimmigrant visa and legal status.
