以下截取部分信件內容，想請問各位，這樣算是錄取信嗎？謝謝大家。
I just had the pleasure of doing the final review of your application for
admission and now have the pleasure letting you know the outcome.
The admissions committee has decided that you would make a wonderful addition
to Thunderbird and that they would like to invite you to join provided that
you are able to complete the Pre-MBA / Master's English program offered by
the school.
The reason that the admissions committee has chosen to offer you admissions
in this fashion is that your TOEFL score of 80 falls slightly below the
school's minimum requirement. I would like to direct you to the following
web-page where this is discussed further about half way down the page - as
well as a link to information about signing up for the Pre-MBA / Master's
English program.
If you believe that you are able to retake the TOEFL, IELTS or Pearson Test
of English and bring your score to a level above the pre-requisite for
Thunderbird, we will be willing to offer you admissions without taking the
Pre-Master's English courses.
LOW TOEFL REQUIRES INTERVIEW
Please note that your score will require that you have a phone interview
with a representative from the English program before you will be admitted
to their program. I highly suggest that you arrange for this interview as
soon as possible so that everything will be completed in time for you to
attend this program. Please contact Debisu Hyde who is cc'd on this email
to arrange this.
