租屋型態: sublease 出租地點: Amberson Garden Apartment 房屋狀況描述: My current apartment lease will end in August, but I have to leave in May. I hope someone can take over my remaining four months, and the lease is able to extend. The available date will be May 3rd. The location is at Amberson Garden Apartment, Building 1. (Behind Amberson Plaza) All utilities are included in the rent (electricity, water, heat, gas). If you need a parking space, you can pay $25 for onsite outside parking, or $40 for garage indoor parking. Very cheap parking over here compared to other apartments. The location is very close to Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and University of Pittsburgh (Pitt). Only 10 minutes walk to CMU and about 17 minutes walk to Pitt. There are several bus stop on the centre ave, you can walk to centre ave for about 2 minutes and take the bus. The most frequent buses are 71C, 71A, 81B. Those buses are what I usually take, I am not sure others. But you can take those three buses to CMU, Pitt, and downtown area. If you need to buy stuff, the closest supermarket and pharmacy are Giant Eagle and CVS. There are several restaurants around here, just in about 7 minutes walking distance. Rent is $655 per month. All utilities are included (Electricity, heat, water, gas). There is no air conditioner included, you need to buy one if you need it. But air conditioner is easy to be sold over here because that type of AC can just be used in this apartment. I have one AC, if you want it, I can sell it to you really cheap. The temperature over here will be pretty hot in summer.
