標題[問題] MSF in University of Maryland寄來的奇怪通知

請問申請馬里蘭大學MSF的同學們 有沒有收過信件內容如下的信件?
Your current University of Maryland Bill is now available
for online viewing. You can conveniently view your monthly
billing statement at:
http://www.testudo.umd.edu/Financials.html
Allow others to log in, view and pay your bill by creating a separate
PIN for them via
http://www.testudo.umd.edu/ParentAccess.html You may
also add up to three additional emails to receive bill information from
within the "View Monthly Billing Statement" link.
信裡內容好像是說我有帳戶可以讓我check，可是請問是check什麼呢?
之前申請的費用也都繳交了
並且我點信裡附上的連結網址進去，我也無法登入
請問有人收到一樣的信，並且知道是要幹什麼呢?
應該跟我錄取與否沒有關聯吧？？好擔心阿~~
