標題[問題] 申請澳洲La Trobe大學 遇到一些問題想請教!!

以下是澳洲La Trobe大學的交換學生英語能力要求
English language requirements:
Successful completion of English for Further Studies Advanced Stage 5B
certificate at undergraduate (EFS5 (60%) UG) level conducted by La Trobe
Melbourne; for more information please visit the La Trobe Melbourne website.
Or IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with no individual band score less than 6.0;
or TOEFL Paper-based Test: a minimum score of 550 with a score of 5 or better
in the Test of Written English;
or TOEFL Computer-based Test: a minimum score of 213 with a score of 5 in
essay writing;
or TOEFL Internet-based Test: a minimum score of 80 with no individual score
less than 20;
or Satisfactory completion of an English language subject at Year 12
or equivalent level. This must have been completed in the last two years and
at an academic level acceptable to the University;
or Approved equivalent.
有幾個不懂的地方
1. Satisfactory completion of an English language subject at Year 12
這意思是說 要得到高中英語課程的學分嗎??
還是說有一項英語認證要去考??
2. This must have been completed in the last two years and at an academic
level acceptable to the University
這裡的 University 是指[La Trobe大學]還是姊妹校[我讀的大學]??
3. 最後的 Approved equivalent 是說除了上面幾項
其他相同等級的認可成績都可以??
還是說有其他意思??
4. 如果最後就是他們只認可列出來的這幾項認證
而小弟我只有TOEIC成績810 (沒有加考說跟寫)
最壞的打算 國際事務處最晚4月底寄出資料
如果馬上考其中一項 哪一項對我最有利呢??
