標題[問題] 請問信的意思

收到cornell的e-mail內容如下
The Master of Engineering (MEng) Degree Admissions Committee would like to
admit you, but we still have not received your official TOEFL scores from ETS.
If you are still interested in the MEng Program and:
- have not already asked ETS to send us your official scores, please do so
immediately.
- have already asked ETS to send your official scores to Cornell, please let
me know the date that you made this request so that I can work with the
Cornell Graduate School to match up your scores in our database.

我想請問一下他的意思是他們想收我但缺少托福的成績的意思嗎?
還是這只是單純的要求快寄成績給他的制式信件而已?
假如是第一個假設的話，我因為托福實在目前還生不出來
可以跟他們說是否可以稍晚再給他們嗎？
希望有經驗的人可以提供一些意見謝謝
