標題[問題] Cornell ECE申請 寄件的問題

寫說:
This unofficial transcript will be used for the admissions process. Admitted
students must provide an official transcript, sent directly from your school,
prior to enrolling. More details will be provided to admitted students at the
time a commitment is made
ECE網頁也寫說:
If you upload a scanned copy of your transcript, you do NOT have to provide
an official hard copy version to accompany your application. You will only
need to provide an official hard copy transcript if you are made an offer of
admission and you choose to accept it.
這樣意思是不用快遞或郵寄成績單過去囉@@?
