標題[問題] ApplyYourself登入問題

請問大家
我一開始在填寫CMU申請表的時候都還很正常(ApplyYourself)
但是在填完寫推薦人資料，按save的時候
忽然跳到連線錯誤的網頁
然後不管我按重新整理還是上一頁都出現"Error Detected"和以下文字
An error was generated while trying to access the requested page. Please
contact technical support and provide the following information:
Name of the university/institution to which you are applying
The PIN used to login to the application
A detailed description of the problem you experienced and the steps you
performed in the system to generate the error
Whether or not your browser is set to allow cookies
contact technical support是一個超連結
我以為點下去可以寄信，結果出現一樣的畫面...
這樣我怎麼知道要跟誰contact?
更糟糕的是
現在連輸入帳號密碼的那一網頁也無法開啟
連其他用同樣系統的學校(ex:Northwestern)也都出現一樣的畫面
請問有人知道要怎麼解決這個問題嗎?
