在填線上申請最後一頁有需要上傳一個Additional information
出現在上傳SOP的後面
到ME網站上看，看到這一段文字：
ME Supplementary Information Form
The Mechanical Engineering Supplementary Form is a departmental application
requirement. It appears automatically as you sequence through the online
application (after the Statement of Purpose). You may also access the form at
the bottom of the main navigation bar on the left of every page (see “
Mechanical Engineering”). Your Supplementary Form will be sent to us
electronically along with your Application and your Statement of Purpose when
you submit your online application.
我一直很想找表格，但是怎麼找都找不到，有人知道在哪裡嗎??

2F：→ ihchlsf:看完他的敘述感覺是在上傳完SOP後，還要再把info form上傳 11/27 01:48
3F：→ ihchlsf:而線上申請在SOP後方也的確有上傳的空格，但我找不到 11/27 01:49
