標題[問題] 推薦函填寫問題

其中有一欄"Relationship to you" 一直不知道填才正確= ="
如果推薦人是修課時的老師，這樣我填"teacher"還是填"professor"?
並且需要把修的科目填上去嗎?
還是說我可以用個簡單句來寫
ex: I took the course in Quantum Mechanics he taught me.
