Edison陳冠希已經與Levi's合作相當多次,
這次Levi's開闢的新Line也請來ED代言,
從3月底開始到現在,報章雜誌紛紛介紹新系列,
這次香港東touch以及Milk也剛好都以ED的Levi's Copper作封面！
關於Levi's Copper的由來,相信許多喜愛牛仔褲的玩家都不陌生,
回想一下Levi's的歷史,你可以發現這個系列的誕生,
其實就是為了紀念Levi's在1873年的第一條"RIVET撞釘"牛仔褲,
(1872年，當時只是販賣布料的Levi Strauss遇上了裁縫Jacob Davis，
後者發現只要在牛仔褲上加上撞釘，便可以提高其耐穿性，
於是向Levi提議為這個發明註冊版權，就這樣，
第一條用上撞釘的牛王於1873年正式誕生。INF. BY 星島日報)
HOW IT ALL STARTED
‧ Miners, loggers and farmers had long worn heavy work pants,
but the pants never last because the seams
and pockets would rip open.
‧ In 1873, Levi Strauss gave Jacob Davis, an obscure Reno tailor,
$3 to make a pair of trousers sturdy.
‧ Davis came up with the idea of putting Copper rivets
to strengthen the pants.
‧ 11 Copper rivets were used to make the trousers sturdy
at pocket corners and other stress points.
‧ Levi Strauss and Jacob Davis then patented the idea
of Copper riveted jeans,
which became the prototype for the legendary Levi’sR 501 jeans.
這系列的作品並不是要復刻當年的褲款,
而是取其精神加以改良,重新設計,你可以在這系列褲子上,
發現幾個重點,除了直統褲型以外,還有合身的Slim Cut款式,
褲子上使用了古銅色的裝飾,每件褲子都有水洗加工,

這系列的褲子不論男女裝,在剪裁以及刷色上都不同以往,
