Both days, the training will start at 4pm and will end at 7pm. The seminar will consist of gi & no-gi grappling techniques, brazilian jiu jitsu and its application for mixed martial arts. You will need to wear a BJJ or judo gi sometimes. For the no-gi and MMA training, you just need to wear a t-shirt and shorts (shorts with zipper and/or metal parts are not allowed for safety) The inscription for this seminar will cost 1,200NTD per person. *Please note* that this is the price for registration. We can't change or split the price depending on your incomplete attendance. We expect that everybody interested, beginners and advanced fighters, will both try to join the full seminar, being on time and training hard and seriously.
