http://www.ayabrea.org/bb/world
(註冊之後可將界面換成中文)
我打中文實在是太慢了(加上又懶)﹐所以長話只好短說…
But if you want me to type in English, then I don't mind the typing :P
The following is a description of what I am up to (wrote about 2 weeks ago,
and e-mailed to many people, many of whom apparently did not receive it!)
****** Start ******
Hi all,
[Note -2: this e-mail is addressed to many different
recipients. Hence, not everything below will be
applicable to you]
[Note -1: if you wish to write me, DO NOT reply to
this email. Instead, use this address (please replace
symbols with correct punctuations):
love (d o t) cool (d o t) aya (a t) dfgh (d o t) net
]
For those of you who don't know who I am, this is
Troy.
I am now located at a latitude that's probaby higher
than most of you are (read: very close to the Arctic
Circle) :P.
Weather isn't so bad here. Temperature ranging -10 C
~ -30 C is commonplace. However, for me at least,
things start becoming chilly below -40 C, which does
not occur too often. And I saw aurora once! Very
spectacular indeed!
School is fine (more or less...), and it looks very
unique as everything is covered by white snow.
Because I am too lazy to set up my own computer as of
yet, I am sending this e-mail to the people whose
e-mail address I can recall. So if you hear about but
don't get this mail, it's nothing personal. LOL
I haven't bought a camera yet, so I can't send photos
at this moment.
Of course, I wish everyone with a great start (and the
rest, of course) of 2004. In case you don't want a
great start, I wish you a mediocre beginning and
moderate year q;
P.S. I will (probably? :) send a post card when I
find your physical mail address in my computer, or you
can e-mail me your address if you want it (probably)
sooner.
More notes (not in any particular order; read those
that apply):
0. You can forward this mail to your friends who know
me.
1. Bowman, please forward this to Umininn and
Snowman, Talent, & her bro. Danke!
2. Walton College will get at most 1 (one) post card
:p
3. Ruriko, thanks a lot for your memos. I didn't
have time to reply because I was disassembling my
computer ^^".
4. Yun don, thanks for your scarf, especially since I
haven't bought a hat yet (%. Next time let us (and
other employees, Peter you there? :) go out for lunch
on the next corporate meeting.
5. Kevin, Anderson (o or e?), Zhe, and Jeffrey, how
are the classes coming? Having lots of fun and 峅趜褄
in Parker? I am thinking of setting up a phpBB; it's
in my HDD, so...
6. Sun Xia, as always, you are welcome to come to our
place.
7. Lei lei, I received several of your e-mails (plus
the newest with your company address). Is this the
first time I write you? Hehe.
8. Grace, sorry I haven't replied, I hope you still
remember who I am... Haha. and I haven't installed MSN
yet, but I will try as soon as my PC is set up.
9. hyt, well, I really haven't "seen" u for a while.
How are you and every one (53600-53629)? If you have
the chance, could you please forward this to CUMAN and
maybe post this on ptt (due to the formatting)? It
will probably be a while before I can read & type
Chinese on telnet.
10. CUMAN, if you read this, I am one hour behind
you... I think :) Working hard?
11. ... can't remember... Oh, well, this e-mail is
already long enough.
If you read this far, I thank you for your time :D
You are welcome to write back, but do not expect an
immediate response due to the number of e-mails
received every day.
Respectfully,
[see my name at the top]
