496. Incenter and circumcenter of triangle

令ABC為一個三邊長均為正整數的三角形。
令I為此三角形的內心。
令D為直線AI和三角形ABC的外接圓的交點(A≠D)。
定義F(L)為所有符合AC=DI以及BC≦L的三角形ABC裡，BC邊長的和。
例如，F(15) = 45因為符合條件的三角形ABC有
(BC, AC, AB) = (6, 4, 5), (12, 8, 10), (12, 9, 7), (15, 9, 16)四組。
請求出F(10^9)。
