針對em及punkAHblue的不實指控及傷害,
本活動主辦單位已蒐集相關證據,
剛已通知刑事警察局,
同時和法律顧問邱晃泉律師商討相關法律問題,
將於近日正式提告.

: I’m writing you this letter first I want to say, me and my friends are all
: happy because you guys are finally coming, but also sad the same time, that
: you guys are coming on such a festival supporting anti-china and the ideology
: of supporting war.
: I supposed you haven’t get any idea from the people who are organizing this
: festival. In 2004 when this same festival was under a totally different name
: as “say yes to Taiwan, say no to china” a band called “king Ly-Chee” from
: Hong Kong came for the festival. So did a few other bands from Japan and
: China. Every band was asked to say “say yes to Taiwan, supporting Taiwan
: independent from china, and say NO to china” on the stage, and they did
: great job, except for King Ly Chee, who didn’t have any idea what was this
: about. The whole festival was like a very ROCKING political propaganda we
: have never seen in Taiwan, supporting the president present and the former
: president, which both of them are with the same ideology of supporting Taiwan
: independence, even it could lead us to war. Because of the reason King Ly
: Chee didn’t say the statement as how they pro-taiwan and anti-china, they
: got ditched after the show with no one gave them a place to stay and no one
: took care of them. They were confused, angry and misled, an year later they
: told me they got ban from china for playing this pro-taiwan festival. Of
: course this is just another bully story from China. But also this could be a
: big lose too, it depends on what you are willing to lose. This is just a
: story and probably doesn’t say much, if you care you can write to King Ly
: Chee and ask about this.
: Basically I want to write this letter, coz I like you guys for the messages
: you want to send within the songs, and it doesn’t fit to play such a
: festival with such ideas. I don’t know if you read anything about Taiwan and
: the struggle we have with China, but I believe you must watch some CNN and
: have seen how the politicians fight in the congress. The political situation
: here is more like a bunch of kids trying to play adult and then they just
: ruin everything, such as every other country. (this is actually harder than I
: think just to explain this whole situation.) Ok, let me start from the
: beginning… now we have 5 different Parties in congress, but they are
: actually 2 main ideology on the struggle with us and china, (since we are
: talking about the festival, so I will just focus on this) one is that we
: should go independent with whatever it takes, people on this side never deny
: about the possibility of war, (this is the biggest question we always ask
: them) and they think it is worth it, for some reason these people really
: believe we will win on the battle filed, because America will be kindly to
: save our ass(maybe we could be the second Israel?) And the other side think
: we just remain the same situation, they don’t want wars, they just want
: thier life gets better, I had met some of these people by going to almost all
: protest against weapon-purchase from American, where the Eagles only sells us
: cheap, broken weapons to get rid of their economy deficit, and buy more new
: weapons for Iraq. Some of these people believe China is the answer, which is
: totally wrong, Chinese government is nothing better than the government we
: are having, and they are certainly not a Marxism/socialism country. But also
: not everybody in this side wants to be part of china. Most of them just want
: to have a peaceful life where they can have the same regular days like what
: they have now.
: So, about these people who are doing this festival, they are the group of
: people who supporting our former president, who was first a loyal KMT(a party
: disagree Taiwan independence) then after his retirement he became an
: aggressive pro-taiwan independent leader, this festival became a big
: political concert propaganda to promote the idea of Taiwan independence and
: the race different form us and people in china, I remember they were playing
: a little theater on the stage in 2004 to show how “evil” the “Chinese”
: are, they laugh and curse about those politicians who disagree with them,
: calling them the pigs, and emphasized on the race, we are “Taiwanese” not “
: Chinese”. And all Chinese are bad, evil…. Oh except for this band “punkgod
: ” who came from china, they are the “true hero”. And this band’s lyrics
: are all about how they are going to kill communist, what different ways they
: are going to do that. Sum up, they are all hateful lyrics. While on the show,
: you see flag waving, slogan yelling, speech giving under the whole idea how
: evil Chinese are, its almost like a neo-nazi concert from another America
: history x movie without the violence.
: The funny part is, this year they start to talk about transitional justice,
: none of us could believe this because of the ideology they always stand for.
: And their leader(the former president) did an interview talking about how he
: never support Taiwan independence, we were shocked, he was talking how he is
: becoming a centrist lean-left, which is totally opposite from what he was.
: And if you do a search you will know, he is a 100% capitalism president
: before, even we can say a pan- imperialism slavery believer, right wing
: president.
: There’s actually other good fun festival in Taiwan worth coming, such as the
: spring scream in march/april or the other rock festival in summer. As the
: matter of fact, strike anywhere has been defined as a political punk rock
: band, this could be a lot of promotion for them to the young kids if you guys
: come to such a festival. And here I am not asking you guys not to come, of
: course you guys must only sing about the things you believe, it cant just be
: words. So I am only writing this letter to give you a heads up, and you
: decided for yourself, just please don’t stand for something you don’t
: believe, this is certainly not a regular music festival.
