China's 'Taiwan' Delegates Ponder Future from Afar By REUTERS March 9, 2004 http://www.nytimes.com/reuters/international/international-china-parliament-taiwan.html 這篇簡單說~ 1.諷刺中國人大所為"台灣"代表 對台灣的無知 正直台灣總統大選期間更為突顯~ a.他們都是生在中國 長在中國 只剩下三老人 真的在台灣出生 b.他們都無台灣人的代表性 也沒到過台灣 不過對台灣好像很關心~在最近一次的會議上 他們用了很多時間來發洩對台灣總統陳水扁的不滿 at a recent public session, they spent much of their time venting their anger against Taiwan President Chen Shui-bian. 有一個人說~ 台灣當局用政治干預經濟 讓台灣不能搭上大陸高速經濟發展的列車 ``The Taiwan authorities are using politics to interfere in the economy and are missing a fine opportunity. in the economy and are missing a fine opportunity. They are preventing our Taiwan compatriots from boarding the train of mainland China's high-speed economy heading toward development.'' 2. 這篇文張也提及了 這怪異的現象也恐怕只有台灣能了解 因為台灣自己也有 一段時間是像中國一樣, 國民大會 立法院 的代表也都是來自大陸各省 但在1991年 全都被強制退休 台灣也在1992完成了第一次的國會改選 1996第一次的總統普選~ 四年後 傾台獨的陳水扁選上了總統--跟中國的關係更加緊繃 The National Assembly, Taiwan's parliament, had a fixed number of seats for delegates from mainland provinces. But in 1991 the government forced them to retire and in 1992 Taiwan held its first full elections to parliament. Taiwan held its first direct presidential elections in 1996. Four years later, the independence-leaning Chen was elected -- straining already tense relations with China. 陳水扁這次是跟國民黨前副總統連戰 一對一的競選 北京裝作(feign)不傾向任何人 只要勝者接受台灣是中國的一部份! 分析師說 中國對阿扁有很深的懷疑 使得剩下來的 連戰變成很對味口的選擇(more palatable option) Beijing feigns indifference to either candidate, as long as the victor accepts Taiwan is part of China. Analysts say China is deeply suspicious of Chen, leaving Lien the more palatable option. !!!!!!!!!!!!! 但中國更關心(less nonchalant)的是台灣的公投!!!!!!!!!! 問說台灣是否要增加戰備 來抵制中國的500枚飛彈~ 人大台灣代表說 "這次的公投是為了 台灣獨立公頭來做準備" But China is less nonchalant about the referendum, which will ask if Taiwan should increase its defenses against 500 Chinese missiles aimed at the island. ``It is preparation for the next step toward Taiwan independence,'' said Taiwan delegate Fan Zengsheng. -------------------------------------------------------------- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!投公投~ 投阿扁 = 反中國 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! --
