標題[情報] 雅高關於肺炎疫情的會籍資訊

雅高寄了email更新了一些資訊，節錄有關會籍的部分

We know that earning ALL - Accor Live Limitless Points and Status is
important to you. Understanding that travel plans are being
significantly disrupted, we will be crediting 50% of the status nights
and points required to achieve your current status level.
We will keep you informed of any additional changes to the program as
the situation continues to evolve.
直接給你一半達到目前等級的nights和會籍分，應該可以算到累積到下一個等級
如目前是金卡原本要30晚和7000分，直接先給你15晚和3500分，給的部分可以當作
保籍和晉下一級用。
話說先前公布大中華區會籍延長一年的方案有網友被延長了嗎? 我的沒看到...

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is a top priority for Accor
and because changes are ongoing and unforeseeable due to COVID-19,
we have implemented new cancellation/modification policies to provide
our guests with increased flexibility.
全球4/30前訂房皆可免費改
Global Policy for Existing reservations for upcoming travel
through April 30, 2020:
‧ Guests who booked a non-flexible rate with Accor, may modify their
reservation for future travel through April 30, 2021 without penalty by
contacting the hotel directly. For a list of hotels,
please refer to

Note: changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability
and any rate differences

In regions affected by government-issued travel restrictions,
the following applies:
歐洲及英國3/17-4/1 的訂房可以免費退
For hotels in Europe and the United Kingdom:
‧ Guests who booked a non-flexible rate with Accor for travel between
March 17, 2020 and April 1, 2020, may cancel their reservation
and be refunded without penalty.
亞太部分國家(看底下 有中港澳和台灣) 還有中東非洲 4/30前訂房可免費退
For hotels in Australia, Cambodia, Greater China (including mainland China,
Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan, XXXXX), Fiji, French Polynesia,
India, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, The Philippines
and Vietnam:
‧ Guests scheduled to arrive prior to April 30, 2020 may cancel their
reservation and be refunded without penalty.
For hotel in the Middle East and Africa:
‧ Guests scheduled to arrive prior to April 30, 2020 may cancel their
reservation and be refunded without penalty.
For guests who booked through a travel agent, online booking platform or
other third parties, please contact your booking provider directly for
assistance.
